Syscon's service robot brand "IM Series" appeared in a news article as the representative image of Incheon Techno Park's professional service robots for facility management. The IM robot was developed as a selection of Incheon TP's non-face-to-face robot support project in 2020, and has since been delivered to Incheon TP, where it is active as a professional service robot with the functions of guidance, delivery, video calls, and temperature check in the first floor lobby.
